Since I'm in grad. school spring break offered little fun to me. Mostly just homework , which was a 20 page lit. review. Really not all that fun. However, I did take one day off of homework for some fun with my mom. We bottled 18 jars of chicken and made several containers of strawberry jam. Here is all of our hard work. I'm ready for hurricane season now.
I love bottled chicken. It's so convenient. Especially for enchiladas or wontons. Way to go!!
