Well as you can tell I didn't take these pictures. Unfortunately while looking at all my fun pictures on my camera tonight, they all seem to have disappeared. I'm not sure how it happened, but it did. I'm very sad about it, but thought I would document this last week anyways.
The Thursday before my birthday I was running to a FEAT (families for effective autism treatment) meeting across town. I was very excited that I finally got to go and grad. school was not in the way. Well somehow the side of the garage jumped over into my space and took of the passenger side mirror. It was dangling by the wires. So imagine the next couple of pics. as if they were a silver toyota corolla and you basically have what my car looked like.
Needless to say I didn't make it to my meeting that night.
For my birthday I had a few friends from the ward over as well as my cousins that live in the area for a BBQ. The highlight of my day was making homemade root beer using dry ice to carbonate the drink. 16 cups of sugar a whole bottle of Root beer concentrate, water and some dry ice makes for a lot of excited kids. The Jeffery and Josey kids had so much fun watching the fog that comes once you put in the dry ice. (so sad those pictures are gone too) They all had to sit right around the container of root beer while they ate to watch it. It was a lot of fun.
We made about 5 gallons of root beer so if anyone is looking for some come on over I have tons left over.
I loved watching the kids get all excited. It made my day!
